Returns & Exchanges:

All non-subscription pieces are eligible for returns or exchanges.

Sale items and subscription pieces do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 21 days from the date of purchase date for a full refund to the payment method, less the shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment.

Defective items  may be eligible for complimentary repairs up to 21 days from the date of purchase.

Items can be exchanged at full price for store credit within 21 days from the date of purchase.
