Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
We ship all orders through USPS Priority Mail. All deliveries within the US has a standard delivery timeline of 1-3 business days.
If your order does not arrive within the designated timeline, please see the below tips to help you identify the party to contact to receive a status update:
1. Check the USPS tracking information that you received in your shipping email.
2. If the tracking shows the order is in transit, contact your local post office for additional details to understand the delay and expected delivery date.

Returns & Exchanges:

All non-subscription pieces are eligible for returns or exchanges.

Sale items and subscription pieces do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 21 days from the date of purchase date for a full refund to the payment method, less the shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment.

Defective items  may be eligible for complimentary repairs up to 21 days from the date of purchase.

Items can be exchanged at full price for store credit within 21 days from the date of purchase.
